Westside U Brew is proud to carry a wide selection of wine kits from Winexpert, the leading manufacturer of consumer winemaking products. We cater to every taste and budget, from entry-level, value kits to the Ultra-Premium kits containing winery grape skins.
There are 4 levels of kits available, each successive one containing a higher ratio of fresh juice. The more fresh juice, the more layers of flavour, the longer it takes to ferment which results in a better product.
Westside u Brew is pleased to offer wine kits from B.C., California, Italy, Chile, Spain, France, Germany, Australia, and South Africa - delicious wines with minimal additives that will put many a commercial bottle to shame.
All standard kits produce 28-30 750ml bottles. Specialty wines (port, ice wine, sherry) differ.
